Then select the event you want to view registrations for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The registrations table shows basic purchase information for the registrants and you can view the registration form data by clicking on the driver name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Downloading Registration Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you&#8217;re in the registrations table for an event, you&#8217;ll see the &#8220;Export List&#8221; icon at the top right of your screen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking the icon will download a CSV file of ALL of the registration form data for each registrant as a CSV file that can be easily opened in Excel or Numbers, where you would be able to sort the data as needed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Editing A Registrant&#8217;s Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the registrations table, click on the driver&#8217;s name to open their registration form. You can edit any of the information as necessary and save the changes by clicking &#8220;Update Registration&#8221; at the bottom of the form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE: Edits CANNOT be undone. Once you&#8217;ve edited someone&#8217;s registration, this permanently updates the form in the Dashboard, unless you have the initial information and change it back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registrants can also edit their own form from their registration pass in the app. Whenever they make a change to their registration, your registration contact or the Promoter will get an email with the updated registration data. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"parent":0,"menu_order":8,"template":"","faq-category":[4],"class_list":["post-111","faqs","type-faqs","status-publish","hentry","faq-category-dashboard-functions"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/promoters.pitpay.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/faqs\/111","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/promoters.pitpay.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/faqs"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/promoters.pitpay.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/faqs"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/promoters.pitpay.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=111"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"faq-category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/promoters.pitpay.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ffaq-category&post=111"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
