{"id":116,"date":"2022-01-25T21:42:59","date_gmt":"2022-01-25T21:42:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/promoters.pitpay.com\/?post_type=faqs&#038;p=116"},"modified":"2022-04-14T18:32:59","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T18:32:59","slug":"canceling-and-postponing-events","status":"publish","type":"faqs","link":"https:\/\/promoters.pitpay.com\/?faqs=canceling-and-postponing-events","title":{"rendered":"Canceling and Postponing Events"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Promoters, or anyone with the cancel \/ postpone permissions, can cancel or postpone events using the Dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancelling or postponing an event stops pass sales and shows the event status as cancelled or postponed in the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/431800456?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On the Dashboard home screen, you\u2019ll see your upcoming events<\/li><li>Tap the orange bar labeled \u201cView Participants List\u201d (Pit Pay\/Kart Pass) or &#8220;View Tickets List&#8221; (Ticket Hoss).
