{"id":132,"date":"2022-01-25T22:13:27","date_gmt":"2022-01-25T22:13:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/promoters.pitpay.com\/?post_type=faqs&#038;p=132"},"modified":"2022-04-14T19:08:34","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T19:08:34","slug":"payouts-and-stripe-payments","status":"publish","type":"faqs","link":"https:\/\/promoters.pitpay.com\/?faqs=payouts-and-stripe-payments","title":{"rendered":"Payouts and Stripe Payments"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Here we\u2019ll review your Stripe Connected Account and the Payout procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/420399093?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Dashboard menu, you\u2019ll see a link to access your Stripe account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In your Stripe Account, you can view Payouts and edit Account Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \u201cAccount\u201d tab, you can edit your business details and add other team members to receive alerts from Stripe when Payouts are initiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \u201cPayouts\u201d tab, you can see your payout history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pit Pay Inc. will initiate your payouts weekly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a payout is initiated, Stripe will send you a text message to let you know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We must wait until the funds from that week\u2019s event have been posted and are available in your Stripe account for payout, which is typically three business days following your event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payouts are initiated Wednesday for the prior week\u2019s events. Payouts will typically take two business days to process to your bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Payout timing determines your ability to issue refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you use the Dashboard to issue a refund BEFORE that Event\u2019s Payout is initiated, the refund will be taken out of your Total Payout Amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You CANNOT issue a refund via the Dashboard AFTER that Event\u2019s Payout is initiated because your account balance will be zero.
