It’s very important to remember that if a Participant is highlighted on the Participant List and has the “Waiver Not Signed” icon displayed, they have NOT signed a waiver for the event.

They MUST sign a waiver before they enter the track. This can be accomplished by taking the proper steps to sign the Pit Pay/Kart Pass electronic waiver or by having the Participant sign a paper waiver at the track.

Downloading on a Mobile Device:

• On the Dashboard home screen, you’ll see your upcoming events. Tap the orange bar labeled “View Participants List”
• You can also find other events by looking in the Events tab in the Dashboard menu
• Use the Search bar or scroll down to find the Participant
• Tap the orange arrow to the right of the Participant’s name to view the Participant Details
• Tap the orange bar labeled “Download Waiver”
• The Participant’s signed Waiver and Release Agreement will open.

Apple users can tap the share button at the bottom of the screen to download or share the waiver.

Android users can tap the three dots in the top right of the screen to download or share the waiver.

Downloading on a Computer:

• Just like on your mobile device, you’ll see your upcoming events on the Dashboard home screen. Click the orange bar labeled “View Participants List”
• You can also find other events by looking in the Events tab in the Dashboard menu
• Click the orange waiver icon to download the Participant’s signed Waiver and Release Agreement
• The PDF file of the signed Waiver and Release Agreement will download to your computer
