Payouts and Stripe Payments
Here we’ll review your Stripe Connected Account and the Payout procedures.
In the Dashboard menu, you’ll see a link to access your Stripe account.
In your Stripe Account, you can view Payouts and edit Account Information.
In the “Account” tab, you can edit your business details and add other team members to receive alerts from Stripe when Payouts are initiated.
In the “Payouts” tab, you can see your payout history.
Pit Pay Inc. will initiate your payouts weekly.
When a payout is initiated, Stripe will send you a text message to let you know.
We must wait until the funds from that week’s event have been posted and are available in your Stripe account for payout, which is typically three business days following your event.
Payouts are initiated Wednesday for the prior week’s events. Payouts will typically take two business days to process to your bank account.
The Payout timing determines your ability to issue refunds.
When you use the Dashboard to issue a refund BEFORE that Event’s Payout is initiated, the refund will be taken out of your Total Payout Amount.
You CANNOT issue a refund via the Dashboard AFTER that Event’s Payout is initiated because your account balance will be zero. Please contact Support for assistance with delayed refunds.
