We want to make your track / series look great in the App and make sure all your event details are accurate.
We’ll go through this quickly.
To get you in the App, we will need you to fill out the setup form if you haven’t already.
Pit Pay:

To give you a head start on filling out the form, you should have these assets handy:
- A cool Track or Series Image (JPG)
- Your Logo – as a Vector file (.AI or .EPS)
- A Short Bio About Your Track or Series
- And a list of FAQs to inform your Participants
For your events, we will need:
- Event Names and Dates
- Pit Pass or Ticket Types and Prices
- Pit or Front Gate Times
- Race Times
- Special Event Details
- And FAQs like where App users will check in at the event, your refund policy, track contact, etc.
Don’t worry! The form will ask you for everything we need.
Finally, add the Dashboard icon to your home screen for easy access.
