Promoters, or anyone with the cancel / postpone permissions, can cancel or postpone events using the Dashboard.

Cancelling or postponing an event stops pass sales and shows the event status as cancelled or postponed in the App.

• On the Dashboard home screen, you’ll see your upcoming events
• Tap the orange bar labeled “View Participants List” (Pit Pay/Kart Pass) or “View Tickets List” (Ticket Hoss). You can also find other events by selecting “Events” from the menu and clicking on the event you want to view
• In the List, tap the calendar icon labeled “Cancel / Postpone”
• Select “CANCEL” or “POSTPONE”
• Tap “YES, POSTPONE” to confirm that you want to postpone the event and stop pass/ticket sales
• Tap “YES, CANCEL” to confirm that you want to cancel the event and stop pass/ticket sales
• The event will show as either cancelled or postponed in the app

Remember, App Users will NOT be able to buy passes/tickets to the event at this point.
